Billy on the Street

I wrote for seasons four and five of Billy on the Street on Tru TV, and I’ve written for a bunch of Youtube segments since. Mostly one-liners and stuff like that, so it’s hard to find clips. I remember one of the first lines of mine I saw on the show was the printer gag in this clip. I also remember pitching “Whither Backstrom?” but that didn’t get approved. Lots of other one-liners too but they’re all scattered in different segments and at this point I wouldn’t remember which ones were mine anyway.

I know I wrote the line in this clip, but the line isn’t even the funny part.

This was based on a pitch of mine. Someone else pitched this game, and the premise is most of the joke, but I did come up with the clues and I probably could have written 200 more because they were sure fun to write.
